FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, organized an urban skilling session on Goal Setting for the girls from Jumpstart Skill Foundation. The session featured Ms. Varsha Sharda as the guest speaker, who guided the participants in identifying their personal and professional goals through practical and structured approaches.
Using the SMART framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound), she explained how to convert aspirations into actionable objectives. The interactive discussion inspired the girls to think deeply about their ambitions, set clear goals, and take consistent steps toward achieving them. The session was both motivational and practical, leaving the participants with greater clarity and confidence about their future paths.
