FLO X IIM Lucknow: Leadership & Enterprise Accelerator

FICCI FLO successfully completed the FICCI FLO–IIM Lucknow Leadership & Enterprise Accelerator, a first-of-its-kind residential programme specially curated for women entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Hosted at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, the two-day programme brought together accomplished women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are looking to scale their business, strengthen strategic capabilities, and prepare for the next phase of growth and leadership in an AI-driven world.

In two days, participants received the opportunity to engage with distinguished IIM Lucknow faculty and industry experts to explore contemporary leadership challenges, strategic decision-making, innovation, organizational resilience, emerging technologies, and the transformative potential of AI in business.

Designed exclusively for FLO members, this unique accelerator combined the academic excellence of IIM Lucknow with the real-world aspirations and experiences of women entrepreneurs, creating a highly relevant and immersive learning experience. FLO members gained knowledge about using AI tools and data-driven insights for MSME and business growth.

Industry experts shared details on governance, leadership responsibilities, and board-level thinking with the participants. After the completion of the Leadership & Enterprise Accelerator programme, FLO members received a certificate from IIM Lucknow, building a stronger leadership mindset and learning advanced decision-making approaches.

At FICCI FLO, we believe that empowering women is not just about creating opportunities—it is about enabling women to influence decisions, shape industries, and drive meaningful change. This programme is another significant step towards that vision.

This pioneering initiative was envisioned and initiated by Simran Sahni, Chairperson, FLO Lucknow, whose commitment to creating meaningful leadership opportunities for women has made this programme possible. Special appreciation to Ms. Usha Rani Manne, Initiative Head, and Ms. Rutvi Vyas, Co-Lead, whose vision, dedication, and tireless efforts have been instrumental in conceptualizing and bringing this unique programme to fruition.
