Finding You with Kavyal Sedhanni

FLO Kanpur, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Ankita Garg, hosted “Finding You by Kavyal Sedanni.” It was a deeply reflective and spiritually enriching event focused on self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal transformation. The workshop created a safe and supportive environment where participants were encouraged to reconnect with themselves and better understand their emotions, thoughts, and inner identity. The session was led by Ms. Kavyal Sedanni, internationally recognised Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Tarot Educator, and Family Constellation Facilitator. 

The session combined self-reflection activities, emotional awareness exercises, and grounding techniques to help participants explore their personal journeys. One of the key highlights of the event was the “Finding You” worksheet activity, where participants answered meaningful and introspective questions related to their fears, strengths, emotions, aspirations, and personal experiences. This exercise encouraged honest self-analysis and allowed individuals to identify limiting beliefs and emotional barriers affecting their growth. 

Ms. Sedanni empowers individuals to release negative emotional patterns and embrace intentional, balanced, and emotionally healthy lives. Another impactful part of the event was the spiritual grounding activity. Participants were guided through a visualization exercise in which they imagined roots connecting them to the earth. Through this process, they embraced their positive qualities, strengths, and meaningful experiences while symbolically releasing negative thoughts, emotional pain, insecurities, and self-doubt into the ground.
