Led by Chairperson Dr. Divya Abhishek and Joint Treasurer Ms. Ruchita Saraogi, FLO Chennai’s SPARK Beauty, Health & Lifestyle Vertical, led by Ms. Shayana Reddy and Ms. Surabhi Gupta, organized a transformative “Express with Art workshop and Unlock your Inner Potential”.
This session, conducted by Ms. Harsha Sajnani, Head of FLO Chennai’s Social Media Vertical and SPARK Travel & Photography, offered participants a much-needed pause from their hectic schedules, allowing them to explore self-expression through art.
The 2-hour immersive workshop blended breathwork, free movement, painting, writing, and mindfulness, guiding participants on a journey of self-reflection and emotional awareness. Ms. Harsha Sajnani’s calming presence and expert facilitation led 30 participants through a personal and introspective experience. The workshop required only a few essentials-comfortable clothing, yoga mats, water bottles, and an open ensuring that everyone could participate fully.
