Diwali Skill Connect: Art & Entrepreneurship Workshop (National Initiative – Urban Skilling)

FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, organised Diwali Skill Connect: Art & Entrepreneurship Workshop for women via Udayan Care under FICCI FLO’s national initiative Urban Skilling. A total of 80 women attended, participating in activities designed to enhance creativity, communication, and entrepreneurship skills.

The event featured an engaging talk on soft skills delivered by Ms. Sonal Shah and Ms. Rajani Gade, who later judged the Rangoli and Diya Decoration competitions. They interacted with the women, offering guidance on enhancing their artistic abilities, understanding design elements, and exploring how creative skills can be developed into income-generating opportunities.

Women participated in hands-on activities such as rangoli making, diya decoration, and team-based games, each aimed at strengthening creativity, confidence, teamwork, and logical thinking. Prizes were awarded to the top Rangoli creations, motivating women to pursue excellence in skill-based work and explore future opportunities in creative entrepreneurship.

These activities highlighted the importance of practical skill-building, encouraging women to recognise their abilities, uplift their capabilities, and explore professional pathways through art and creativity.
