Collaborative Session with STEM Learning Centre

Under the leadership of Niyati A. Mehta, 2 STEM labs were inaugurated. It was a part of a session that was conducted at the STEM Learning Centre, Mampakkam and Chennakuppam, for students of 8th to 10th standard. The program was attended by over 115 students and focused on robotics and basic technology concepts. The session included hands-on robotics activities and an introduction to advanced learning methods, which encouraged active participation and practical understanding.

The robotics basics session provided students with a strong foundation in fundamental concepts such as simple machines, sensors, motors, and basic programming logic. Through hands-on activities and practical demonstrations, students were able to understand how theoretical scientific principles are applied in real-world technological solutions. This experiential learning approach enhanced their problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, teamwork, and creativity.

By actively engaging in building and understanding robotic models, students developed greater confidence in STEM subjects and gained meaningful exposure to emerging technologies. This inclusive approach fostered curiosity, active participation, and a positive learning atmosphere, ensuring that all students benefited from the session.  2 stem labs were funded by ST Gobain at a cost of 11 lacs.  A big thank you to Samskriya Foundation for following up on the completion of the project.
