The change of guard ceremony is always an event of nostalgia and excitement. For the ones who hand over their tutelage it’s nostalgic and to the new fresh team it’s exciting.
The program began with the presentation of events held last year by FLO Chairperson Ms. Jyotsna Angara and YFLO Chairperson Ms.Ashita Nawalgaria. This was followed by the formal change of guard to the incoming FLO chairperson Ms.Monika Agarwal and YFLO Chairperson Ms.ShakuntalaDivi. Monika Agarwal s short speech reflected the new committee s dynamic commitment to foray in new areas of interest to women socially and professionally too. This was followed by introduction of the FLO and YFLO Committee members.
The change of guard event also had two interesting speakers MrJayeshRanjan of APIIC and Ms.GeetikaKambli of future India who gave very impactful insight into the trends of entrepreneurship and investments for women and innovative product designing and brand power.
Jayeshranjanemphasised about encouraging and motivating women from flo to set up industrial units in government aided project partnered with flo at sultanpur.
Geetika s talk was how brand designing was an asset to promoting and marketing a new brand or revamping an existing one.
