Under the leadership of Niyati A. Mehta, The Building Bridges – Communicating Effectively with Your Teens and Pre-Teens was conducted by FLO Chennai on 21st February 2026 in association with Parenting Matters, led by Prerna Kalra and Sujata Dewaji. The session focused on equipping parents with practical tools to better understand teenage emotions and foster healthy, open communication with teens and pre-teens.

They emphasized empathy, active listening, boundary-setting, and building trust during the formative years. The session also highlighted the various initiatives offered by Parenting Matters, including Awareness Talks, topic-specific Workshops, Panel Discussions, Support Groups for parents, structured Parenting Courses, and customized programmes tailored to specific needs.
