A health and fitness session was organised by Indore Chapter on “Beyond Health to Wellness” on Septe,ber 30, 2015. Famous celebrity macrobiotic dietician Ms ShonaliSabherwal enlightened the members on what are the trigger foods and what are the super foods which we should intake, not only to maintain weight but also to have a balanced PH level in the blood. A great eye opener and women were extremely appreciative.
