FICCI FLO, under the leadership of the National President, Ms. Puja Garg, hosted a webinar titled ‘Career Comebacks through Flexible Work,’ held in partnership with FlexiBees, focusing on providing career comeback opportunities to qualified women through flexible work arrangements. Ms. Sanjana Kashyap, Digital Marketing Manager at FlexiBees, led a meaningful dialogue on how flexible work models are beneficial for women in confidently restarting their careers due to reasons such as maternity, childcare, family relocation, marriage, or caregiving for aging relatives.
Ms. Kashyap presented FlexiBees, a curated talent matching platform with 1000+ global clients. She explained the application process and outlined how the platform works by matching candidates to remote, part-time, or project-based opportunities rather than traditional job applications. Also, Ms. Kashyap said that candidates need at least one year of experience before taking a career break.
She showed the pre-vetting process specifically for sales and digital marketing roles. Ms. Kashyap emphasized that the platform is free for candidates and discussed various successful roles placed, including B2B sales managers, digital marketing managers, and graphic designers, with earnings ranging from 20,000 to 45,000 rupees per month depending on hours and role level.
The session ended with a Q&A segment where participants asked about experience requirements, portfolio submission, and the process for FLO members to indicate their partnership origin in the application. Career Comebacks webinar was organized under the FLO Job Fair initiative, led by the Initiative Lead, Ms. Shubhraa Maheshwari, and Co -Lead, Ms. Priya Gazdar. The virtual session was day chaired by Ms. Kriti Shroff, Past Chairperson, FLO Kanpur.
