FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter signed a strategic, two-year Memorandum of Understanding with Udayanath Autonomous College of Science and Technology in Cuttack to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry demands. Supported by the college’s Women’s Studies Centre under the guidance of distinguished academic and gender studies scholar Dr. Hiranmayee Mishra, this partnership is designed to inspire and equip students—especially young women—to become confident job creators rather than job seekers.
Under this joint initiative, the college will provide infrastructural support while FLO Bhubaneswar coordinates interactive masterclasses, mentorship sessions, and practical audio-visual training programs led by successful women entrepreneurs and industry experts. By focusing on essential professional skills such as leadership, business management, and communication, this collaborative effort provides college students with the critical networking, mentorship, and real-world competencies needed to launch independent, successful ventures.
