FLO Mumbai, in collaboration with ICAI, successfully organized the ScaleUp India – MSME & Startup Summit 2026, a two-day flagship event held at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. The summit brought together more than 3,000 participants, including startups, MSMEs, investors, policymakers, professionals, and industry leaders, creating a vibrant platform for innovation, collaboration, and business growth.
The first day focused on the startup ecosystem and featured expert-led sessions, investor interactions, and the highly anticipated Startup–ScaleUp Tank, moderated by CA Prachi Jain, Treasurer, FICCI FLO Mumbai. Nineteen promising startups presented their business ideas before an esteemed investor panel, with five startups receiving investment interest, paving the way for mentorship, strategic partnerships, and future funding opportunities. The second day was dedicated to MSME growth and explored key themes including digital transformation, financing, exports, the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), digital marketplaces, and government support schemes.
The summit also featured over 40 MSME exhibition stalls, providing entrepreneurs with opportunities to showcase innovative products and services while expanding business networks and market access. A key highlight was the participation of Jyoti Tiwari, Co-Lead, MSME Vertical, FICCI FLO Mumbai, as a panel speaker during the session on “GeM & Digital Marketplaces,” where she shared practical insights on leveraging digital procurement platforms to enhance business opportunities and accelerate MSME growth.
As a unique initiative to encourage entrepreneurship and MSME formalisation, FICCI FLO Mumbai and ICAI also attempted a Guinness World Records™ title by facilitating large-scale MSME registrations, encouraging enterprises to become part of the formal economy and access government schemes and digital business opportunities.
The summit reaffirmed FICCI FLO Mumbai’s commitment to building a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem and empowering women-led enterprises through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
