FICCI FLO Mumbai achieved another significant milestone in its mission to empower women entrepreneurs by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IDEABAAZ and Innovari during the grand finale of IDEABAAZ Startup Goa Day 2026.
The event brought together entrepreneurs, startup founders, industry leaders, policymakers, and innovation enablers to celebrate entrepreneurship and strengthen India’s rapidly growing startup ecosystem. The presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant and Hon’ble Minister Shri Rohan A. Khaunte highlighted the Government of Goa’s commitment to fostering innovation and positioning the state as a leading startup destination.
The strategic partnership between FICCI FLO Mumbai, IDEABAAZ, and Innovari is designed to create a structured ecosystem that nurtures women entrepreneurs through mentorship, entrepreneurship training, innovation support, networking opportunities, and business acceleration. The collaboration will provide aspiring women founders with access to expert guidance, industry connections, and market-readiness programmes to help transform innovative ideas into successful enterprises.
One of the most exciting outcomes of the partnership is the opportunity for selected women entrepreneurs to pitch their businesses on Season 2 of IDEABAAZ, broadcast on Zee TV and ZEE5. This national platform offers invaluable exposure, mentorship from industry experts, and access to potential investors, significantly enhancing the growth prospects of women-led startups.
The event also celebrated entrepreneurial excellence through the Goencho Udyogpati Awards, where Geetanjali Lobo, Founder of Festa Craft, was honoured as the Brand Ambassador of Goencho Udyogpati in recognition of her inspiring entrepreneurial journey and contribution to Goa’s business ecosystem. The collaboration reflects FICCI FLO Mumbai’s continued commitment to building an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem where women innovators are empowered with opportunities, knowledge, and networks to become successful business leaders.
