YFLO Ahmedabad organized a unique industrial visit to the Vadilal Factory in Gandhinagar under its “Mamasphere” initiative, designed to introduce members and their young children to the inner workings of the food processing sector. The visit aimed to demystify large-scale food manufacturing operations while powerfully demonstrating that women can successfully acquire industrial knowledge, lead businesses, and master professional fields while beautifully balancing motherhood.
The experiential tour of the manufacturing facility provided the delegation of 300 members and their children with a comprehensive look at the modern food production ecosystem. Participants observed how automated systems, strict safety protocols, and efficient supply networks come together to handle bulk production, offering a practical look at the engineering and logistics behind one of India’s most recognizable consumer brands.
