YFLO Ahmedabad, as part of its “Vision of India” series, organized a high-level delegation interaction with the Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendra Patel, at the CM House in Gandhinagar. The session was designed to strengthen the partnership between YFLO and the Government of Gujarat, focusing on strategic pathways to promote and scale women-led entrepreneurship across the state.
The discussion with the Chief Minister centered on understanding the state’s vision for empowering women entrepreneurs and MSMEs. The delegation of 100 members explored key policy initiatives to improve access to finance, market linkages, professional mentorship, and robust skill development. Additionally, the participants examined collaborative opportunities in critical sectors, including textiles, manufacturing, startups, sustainability, digital innovation, and traditional handicrafts.
There is a shared commitment to encourage greater participation of women in leadership, economic development, and innovation, directly aligned with the vision of a developed Gujarat. YFLO Ahmedabad is positioned as a vital catalyst to nurture entrepreneurship, facilitate strategic networking, and drive meaningful community impact among women. The Young FICCI FLO chapter has secured support for future joint initiatives aimed at creating local employment, advancing skills, and helping women-owned businesses scale effectively.
