Sehat aur Suraksha: Eye Screening and Health Check-Up Camp.

FLO Uttarakhand, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Tripti Behl, hosted the “Sehat aur Suraksha” wellness camp, a major two-day preventive healthcare initiative organized under a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University (DBUU) and the FICCI FLO Uttarakhand Chapter. The initiative was conducted under the leadership of Chairperson Tripti Behl and spearheaded by Dr. Giggle Rastogi, Lead – Health, Wellness & Life Skills, on June 16–17 at the DBUU campus in Manduwala, Dehradun.

The camp successfully provided comprehensive medical screenings to over 130 university faculty, staff, and Grade 4 employees. To deliver high-quality care, the chapter successfully collaborated with top regional healthcare institutions: ASG Eye Hospital and NICE Hospital, led by speakers Dr. Sangita Jain and Dr. Saniya Awasth.

ASG Eye Hospital conducted advanced vision screenings, distributed free eye drops, and shared clinical references for further necessary treatments, while NICE Hospital, Dehradun, offered expert general consultations focusing on vital health issues like hypertension and diabetes. Alongside the diagnostic camp, a special corporate engagement activity was curated for the visiting delegation, where members of FLO Uttarakhand went on a guided facility tour of DBUU’s specialized Ayurveda Department and its operational OPD.

This impactful collaboration successfully emphasized workplace wellness by offering vital early disease detection and lifestyle guidance directly to all tiers of the university’s workforce.
