The Tamil Nadu Global Women Summit 2026, organised under the Tamil Nadu Women Employment and Safety (TNWESafe) Project, brought together women leaders, industry professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders for an engaging discussion on “Women in Industrial Ecosystem in Tamil Nadu.” The summit served as a significant platform to discuss the role of women in shaping Tamil Nadu’s industrial and economic future while promoting inclusive growth, safety, leadership, and employment opportunities for women.
The panel discussion featured accomplished women leaders from diverse sectors, including renewable energy, technology, governance, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Ms. Divya Abhishek represented FICCI FLO Chennai at the summit and shared valuable insights on women empowerment, entrepreneurship, financial independence, leadership development, and the importance of building supportive ecosystems for women professionals and entrepreneurs.
The session explored key themes such as workplace inclusion, women leadership, industrial participation, safety, career growth, skill development, and opportunities for women across emerging sectors. Over 1200 participants became a part of the Tamil Nadu Global Women Summit 2026.
