FICCI FLO, under the leadership of Puja Garg, National President, hosted an insightful session, “How Young Founders Can Build Credibility Without Legacy,” featuring Radhika Bajoria, India’s youngest LinkedIn top voice, and founder of Radically Yours, a US-registered new age knowledge sharing platform for new businesses and investment funds.
Ms. Bajoria talked about her inspiring journey of achieving the title of LinkedIn Top Voices, Next Gen 2021, after almost 5 years of consistent writing on LinkedIn. The UN Foundation fellow highlighted how delivering authentic content on niche topics leads to credibility among the audience at a very young age. She writes about new business ideas and covers stories of inspiring global women leaders online.
According to Ms. Bajoria, young founders should connect with their audience by sharing personal experiences and expert opinions to evoke emotions and build trust.
