Workshop on Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam

FLO Jaipur organized an insightful and impactful Workshop on Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. The Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam was recognized as a landmark reform that will strengthen women’s representation and participation in governance and public leadership.

The event brought together women leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, policymakers, and changemakers to engage in meaningful discussions on women’s representation, leadership, inclusion, and participation in nation-building. The session served as a platform to reflect on the progress made in advancing gender equality while exploring the opportunities and responsibilities that come with increased representation of women in decision-making roles.

Through engaging conversations and shared experiences, participants gained valuable perspectives on leadership, governance, entrepreneurship, and the importance of creating pathways for future generations of women leaders. The event highlighted the collective efforts required to strengthen women’s voices across sectors and reinforced the belief that empowered women are key drivers of social and economic transformation.

It also aligned with FICCI FLO’s ongoing commitment to fostering women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, skill development, and community impact initiatives. Around 55 attendees participated in this meaningful dialogue on Nari Shakti Vandan Act. The discussions concluded with a shared vision of building a stronger, more inclusive, and progressive India, where women play an active role in shaping the future and contributing towards the goal of Viksit Bharat 2047.
