The Wellness Conclave

FLO Amritsar, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Tannya Khanna, hosted “The Wellness Conclave” on 6th May 2026 at ITC Amritsar. The conclave was curated as a meaningful platform to encourage open conversations around women’s health, hormonal wellness, midlife transitions, emotional well-being, and preventive healthcare while integrating art, advocacy, and wellness dialogue under the Navras initiative.

The event featured renowned actor, author, and wellness advocate Lisa Ray as the Special Guest, who shared powerful insights on women’s identity, resilience, and reclaiming wellness during midlife. The conclave also included valuable sessions by Gunisha Khurana and Dr Kajal Parikh, whose virtual keynote focused on reproductive endocrinology, perimenopause, hormonal health, and evidence-based wellness practices.

Their discussions combined clinical expertise with real-life experiences, helping participants better understand women’s changing health needs and the importance of informed healthcare decisions. A key highlight of the conclave was the Mini Doctors’ Table, which brought together over 30 leading doctors and healthcare professionals from Punjab, creating a direct interaction platform for participants to engage with medical experts on wellness concerns, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices.

The event also showcased the artworks and sculptures of Thota Vaikuntam, symbolising resilience, femininity, wellness, and inner strength, adding a strong artistic and cultural dimension to the experience. The conclave was supported by NuHer as the Clinical Partner, Be Well as the Powered By Sponsor, ITC Amritsar as the Venue Partner, and Amandeep Group of Hospitals as the Health Advocate.
