FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Amulya Rao, in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Centre for Automobile (TN AutoSkills), hosted a session, “Life Skills, Career & Communication Awareness (with Automobile Skills),” at Anjuman School focusing on students to make them explore non traditional and skill based career paths. The session aimed to equip participants with good communication skills and highlight its importance as an important life skill.
Students were encouraged to explore good career opportunities in the Automobile sector with the help of TN AutoSkills which is committed towards helping young minds become industry-ready automotive and mobility professionals. Also, the organization promotes non-traditional career paths for women.

Impact
Around 86 students (Grades 12) participated in this upskilling workshop with a footprint of Anjuman Staff and 15 guests. Students were benefited from this session as they understood career pathways and built communication strength. When awareness meets access, potential becomes progress.
