FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Amulya Rao, hosted “Project Bloom,” an afternoon of networking and connecting the wonderful women of Project Bloom while helping them build confidence and enabling them with direct sales platforms. The event was a good opportunity to showcase their work and fine-tune their communication skills and the delicate art of negotiation. Held at Hanu Reddy Residence, the event provided an opportunity for visibility and growth for the wonderful women as part of Project Bloom.
Impact & Outcome
The session was witnessed by around 7 FLO members, 200 beneficiaries, with a football of 500. Business exposure helped women from Project Bloom build confidence and decision-making. Also, their direct interaction with the customers boosted their communication and negotiation skills. Overall, the session proved to be a useful platform for the artisans to enable visibility and order-based opportunities.
