AI Fix-IT Lab: Scaling with Agentic AI

FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Deepa Boopesh Reddy, hosted “AI Fix-IT Lab: Scaling with Agentic AI” on April 24, 2026, as part of its Tech & Circular Economy pillar, with a focus on Startup enablement and AI & Digital Literacy. Led by Dhimant Parekh, Founder & CEO of The Better India, the workshop introduced participants to the concept of “Agentic AI”—autonomous systems capable of managing and executing business processes with minimal human intervention. These goal-oriented digital agents are integrated for automating processes in Finance, HR, and supply chain.

The session demonstrated how these AI agents can be integrated into everyday operations, enabling entrepreneurs to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and focus on strategic decision-making rather than routine execution. Adding further depth, Raveen Sastry, Co-founder of Myntra and Multiply Ventures, shared founder-led insights on building and scaling impact-driven ventures. His perspectives bridged the gap between technology adoption and real-world business growth, offering members a practical lens on leveraging innovation for scale.

A key highlight of the session was the introduction of Base Thesis as the technical partner, providing members with access to AI prototyping and experimentation opportunities. The workshop also marked the launch of the 2026–27 Startup Cell Mentorship Track and opened applications for the Stanford Seed Program, strengthening the chapter’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurial growth.
