FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Deepa Boopesh Reddy, hosted “The Business of Being Real” at Ritz Carlt, Bengaluru on on May 8, 2026, bringing together members for a powerful and thought-provoking conversation on authenticity, emotional well-being, financial independence, and women’s empowerment. The event featured distinguished speakers Sameera Reddy and Manjari Varde, who shared personal experiences, practical insights, and inspiring perspectives on navigating life with confidence and self-awareness.  The session focused on the importance of creating emotionally safe spaces within families and communities, especially for women who often face societal expectations and judgment during different phases of life. The speakers emphasized that emotional safety allows women to grow, evolve, and express themselves authentically without fear of criticism. Through candid discussions, they highlighted how empathy, open communication, and supportive relationships contribute significantly to mental and emotional well-being.
