Sacred FLO: An Afternoon of Grace & Growth

FLO Uttarakhand hosted an event, “Sacred FLO: An Afternoon of Grace & Growth,” to mark the first official congregation of the new term under the leadership of Chairperson Tripti Behl, a multi-faceted creative professional and social entrepreneur. The event commenced with an engaging and thought-provoking session by the Chief Guest, Pujya Avdeshanand Giri Maharaj Ji, who shared profound insights on spirituality, inner strength, and leadership in today’s evolving global landscape.

His address deeply resonated with the audience, especially in the context of women navigating leadership roles with resilience and purpose. Reflecting on the timeless power of women, he said, “Whenever the world has faced imbalance or adversity, it is the feminine shakti that has restored harmony, whether as the fierce shakti of Durga or Kali, or as the nurturing force of creation. A woman is the gentle expression of the Divine; she seeks nothing, yet gives endlessly”.

He further emphasized that women have always played a defining role across governance, entrepreneurship, science, and spirituality, and highlighted the importance of patience, vision, and a holistic perspective in driving meaningful and lasting change. This was followed by “Acquaint & Attune”, an interactive member orientation session designed to introduce members to the vision, values, and functioning of FLO, while fostering stronger connections within the chapter. The session was further enriched by insights from Past Chairpersons of FICCI FLO Uttarakhand, who spoke in detail about FLO’s functioning, its impact, and the value of being part of this dynamic network of women leaders.

The afternoon further witnessed an insightful session led by the General Secretary, Ganga Sabha, Tanmay Vashishtha, who spoke on “Timeless Wisdom and the Living Spirit of Maa Ganga”, beautifully connecting spirituality with everyday living and collective responsibility. He, during the session, said, “Love and devotion for Maa Ganga transcend language—they are expressions of pure, boundless emotion. When you feel overwhelmed or alone, spend a moment by her banks, and you will experience a deep sense of peace and serenity.”

Later during the day, the official team introduction for 2026–27 took place, where the roadmap for the year was unveiled. Both the Executive Committee for 2026–27 and the chapter working team were introduced, reflecting strong and diverse leadership. Addressing the gathering, Chairperson Tripti Behl shared her vision for the year to strengthen FLO Uttarakhand as a catalyst for women-led progress across the state.

“Strength Within, Scale Beyond,” the vision of our National President, Puja Garg, will serve as the guiding theme for the year, focusing on deeper coordination among chapters and expanding FLO’s national and global presence.
