Unscripted: Life, Legacy & Reinvention

FLO Hyderabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Seetha Reddy Gaddam, marked a significant milestone with its first event of the 25th year, titled “Unscripted: Life, Legacy & Reinvention” held on April 17, 2026 at the prestigious ITC Kohenur. The objective of this session was to bring together two inspiring women—Masaba Gupta and Neena Gupta—whose journeys reflect resilience, reinvention, and entrepreneurial success on their own terms.

Masaba, a leading fashion entrepreneur who built the House of Masaba, showcased how she built a fashion, jewellery, and beauty brand from the ground up, making bold, strategic decisions to scale and evolve her business. In contrast, Bollywood veteran actress, Neena Gupta’s journey is one of perseverance—continuously striving for meaningful opportunities, ultimately achieving her breakthrough at 60, without ever giving up or losing belief in herself.

By bringing these two powerful voices together, the session aimed to give FLO members a real, unfiltered look at the challenges, decisions, and turning points that define success. The intent was for members to draw practical insights from their experiences and apply these learnings to their own personal and professional journeys.

A special highlight of the event was the celebration of 25 years of FLO Hyderabad. Members and speakers were taken through a reflective journey, showcasing the chapter’s evolution, milestones, and the strong legacy built over the years. This added a sense of pride and continuity, connecting the past achievements with the vision for the future. In line with this year’s focus on crafts and community impact, a dedicated Banjara Artisan Pavilion was curated at the venue.

Artisans were invited to showcase specially curated products, offering members a firsthand experience of the craft’s richness and authenticity. The pavilion was thoughtfully curated as an immersive platform fostering meaningful engagement, dialogue, and potential collaborations between artisans and industry members.

Additionally, a StyleTatva booth was set up to generate interest and excitement for the upcoming signature fashion and lifestyle exhibition, scheduled for 12th and 13th June in Hyderabad. The booth served as an effective touchpoint for member engagement, building momentum for one of FLO’s most anticipated events.
