FLO Bhubaneshwar hosted its “Change of Guard Ceremony 2026-27” to mark the formal transition of leadership from the Immediate Past Chairperson, Dr. Prangyan Paramita Mishra, to the incoming Chairperson, Biyot Projna Tripathy. The ceremony was held in collaboration with Centurion University for Skill, Utkala Cine Chamber of Commerce, and other universities with elegance and enthusiasm at Ginger Hotel, Bhubaneswar.
The occasion was enriched by the presence of the Secretary of Utkal Cine Chamber of Commerce, esteemed past chairpersons, and representatives from various media houses. Immediate Past Chairperson, Dr. Prangyan Paramita Mishra, spoke about her challenges and experiences during her tenure and requested all the members to cooperate and involve themselves more in the chapter.
