Under the dynamic leadership of Niyati A. Mehta, the Change of Guard Ceremony was successfully held on 18th March, with an enthusiastic participation of 256 members. A key highlight of the evening was the release of the Annual Book for the year 2025–2026, which captured the chapter’s journey, milestones, marquee events, member achievements, community initiatives, and impactful collaborations undertaken throughout the year. The publication served as a valuable documentation of the collective efforts of the leadership team and members, reflecting growth, innovation, and the strengthening of the FLO network.
The formal Change of Guard took place from Niyati A. Mehta to Dr. Amulya Rao. In her address, Dr. Amulya Rao shared her forward-looking vision focused on enhancing member engagement, strengthening vertical-driven initiatives, fostering leadership opportunities, and creating impactful platforms for professional and entrepreneurial growth.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Supriya Sahu, whose address was both inspiring and insightful. She emphasised the importance of purpose-led leadership, innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in today’s evolving landscape. She encouraged members to collaborate, build strong support systems for women across industries, and continue contributing meaningfully to society. She also appreciated the consistent efforts of FLO in empowering women and creating inclusive growth opportunities.
A significant highlight of the event was the announcement and introduction of the upcoming Vertical Heads, who were formally informed about their roles and responsibilities for the new year. This marked the beginning of a renewed journey aimed at driving focused initiatives and delivering greater value to the membership base.
The evening was further enhanced with a vibrant musical performance by Anukriti Debnath, a young and inspiring voice who transformed an initial rejection from a reality show into a powerful digital presence of over 3 million followers. Her journey of resilience and determination resonated strongly with the audience. She captivated the members with her soulful renditions and energetic stage presence, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. The musical segment provided a refreshing cultural touch to the formal proceedings, encouraging interaction, celebration, and joyful participation among members.
