FLO Vadodara, in collaboration with Udayan Care, organized a Mentorship Session led by the Udayan Care team for girls associated with the organization. The session aimed to align mentors with program objectives, with a strong focus on empowering and skilling girls through meaningful and regular mentor–mentee engagement.
It provided a platform for experience-sharing and acknowledged mentors for their dedication, consistency, and impact. The event featured interactive activities, engaging games, and refreshments, fostering a warm and encouraging atmosphere. Mentors participated enthusiastically and further strengthened the mentor community by sharing inspiring experiences through videos and messages, reinforcing their commitment to the girls’ holistic development.
