Silent Conversations – An Immersive Art Walk with Laxman Aelay

The Art & Culture Vertical of FLO Bengaluru hosted a thoughtfully curated cultural afternoon titled “Silent Conversations” at ARTISERA, Indiranagar, marking the first-ever solo exhibition in Bengaluru by acclaimed Hyderabad-based artist Laxman Aelay. Members participated in an exclusive art walk through Aelay’s evocative body of work, which is deeply rooted in memory, rural narratives, and cultural identity.

His distinctive visual language—rich in texture, symbolism, and emotion—offered attendees an intimate glimpse into lived experiences and collective histories. The event commenced with registrations, followed by a guided walkthrough of the exhibition, where members engaged closely with the stories and themes behind each artwork.

A live demonstration by the artist further enriched the experience, allowing participants to witness his unique techniques and artistic philosophy in real time. This interaction sparked meaningful conversations and deeper appreciation for the nuances of his practice. The afternoon concluded with an interactive dialogue with the artist, during which members gained insights into his inspirations, creative journey, and artistic evolution over the years.

The event stood as a celebration of art as a medium for reflection, connection, and dialogue. FLO Bengaluru extends sincere appreciation to Laxman Aelay for his generous sharing and to ARTISERA for hosting this enriching cultural experience.
