MoU Signing with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) To Set Up Industrial Park

A 30-acre women-exclusive industrial park, under the leadership of FLO National President Ms. Poonam Sharma, is in development with the support of the Andhra Pradesh government. An MoU was signed with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) on 29 January 2026, in the presence of the Minister of Food Processing of Andhra Pradesh, TG Bharath, and FLO President, Ms. Poonam Sharma, Former National President of FICCI-FLO Ujjwala Singhania, and Governing Body Member of FICCI FLO, Mourya Boda.

This 100% women led industrial park in Mangalgiri, Guntur district, will support women to promote women-led industrial entrepreneurship and inclusive economic growth. The industrial park is part of the state’s plan to develop 175 MSME parks for employment generation, economic independence, self-reliance, and the creation of women-led enterprises.

FLO Andhra Industrial Park has the potential to become a landmark initiative for women’s economic empowerment through industrial and manufacturing entrepreneurship. The FLO Andhra Industrial Park initiative is aligned with CM N. Chandrababu Naidu’s “One Family, One Entrepreneur” vision.

It is a part of the FLO Industrial Park initiative, which works on boosting the representation of women in the industrial sector, especially manufacturing, by reducing entry barriers and increasing inclusion in the workforce.
