FICCI FLO, under the leadership of National President Ms. Poonam Sharma, organized a highly motivating virtual session, “Dream It! Achieve It,” highlighting the success story of Ms. Neha Chauhan, founder and CEO of Aviotron Aerospace. She is a National Startup Awardee 2026, a TEDx Speaker, and a dynamic young achiever who, at 30, has already achieved remarkable milestones.
The session was held under the STEM Shine series, a part of the FLO Women in STEM initiative, which aims to empower women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields. Ms. Chauhan discussed innovation, resilience, building bold solutions, and how physics and mathematics concepts are used in day-to-day life.
She motivated FLO members by sharing her life journey from a failed IIT attempt to becoming a successful aerospace entrepreneur. Also, Neha Chauhan shared insights on how Aviotron Aerospace operates in manufacturing UAVs for the Indian Army and developing STEM education labs for K-12 schools across India.
She emphasized the importance of hands-on learning and real-world application of STEM concepts. Participants expressed admiration for Neha’s inspiring story and her commitment to promoting STEM education among young girls and women.
