YFLO Ahmedabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Neha Goyal, hosted an offline business knowledge and promotion meet on 18th December 2025 at CEPT Café, from 5:00 pm to approximately 6:30 pm. The in-person session brought together 15 members—Ami, Anchal, Kruna, Krupanshi, Kinjal, Dhara, Aarti, and Sneh—for a focused discussion on applying insights from books to business thinking and professional growth.
The meet was facilitated by Ami, who regularly curates and shares audio versions of selected business and development reads. The discussion centred around the book Iron Flame, using its themes, character arcs, and decision-making moments as learning frameworks to draw parallels with leadership, resilience, strategy, and adaptability in business.
Participants actively exchanged viewpoints on how lessons derived from books can be translated into real-world business scenarios, including mindset building, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and long-term vision. The conversation emphasised how reading and shared knowledge can support business promotion, personal branding, and entrepreneurial growth.
Additionally, members revisited all books read over the year, reflecting on key learnings and insights that have influenced their professional outlook and business approach. This retrospective reinforced the role of continuous learning through books as a powerful tool for business development and informed decision-making.
The relaxed yet professional café setting enabled meaningful networking, idea exchange, and collaboration. Overall, the meeting successfully highlighted how books and knowledge-sharing can serve as effective resources for business promotion, leadership development, and collective growth in an offline, relationship-driven environment.
