FICCI FLO, under the leadership of the 42nd National President, Poonam Sharma, organized a virtual session titled “Design Your Business Blueprint” under the FLO National Digital Skilling initiative. The session featured guest speaker Raashid Navlakhi, founder and head coach of Jigsaw Thinking and a TEDx Speaker, who taught attendees how to create a clear business model online for boosting growth.
Reshma Patel, Initiative Lead of FLO Digital Literacy, felicitated Raashid Navlakhi & Poonam Sharma while opening the session. Then, Mr. Navlakhi led the session to demonstrate the process for creating a simple business blueprint using a Business Model Canvas (BMC) Template by Miro and Google Sheets.
The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a one-page strategic tool that visualizes a business model for growth planning into nine key building blocks, including customer segments, value propositions, customer relationships, and revenue streams. BMC is useful in identifying customers, their needs, and how to reach them. Different teams can easily add sticky notes, discuss trade-offs, and update models in real time using this tool.
