FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, hosted a teamwork-focused session for the girls from the previous year’s batch, associated with Udayan Care under the Udayan Shalini Fellowship Program. Organized under the Urban Skilling initiative, the workshop was conducted by Ms. Shraddha and aimed at helping participants understand the importance of collaboration in achieving effective outcomes.
During the session, the girls of Udayan Care learned how teamwork leads to better ideas, shared support, and improved results. They understood the significance of team roles, cooperation, and mutual respect while engaging in group tasks and activities. Through practical exercises, the participants experienced how active listening, fair division of responsibilities, and supporting one another enhanced overall team performance.
The girls also realized that each individual contributes differently and that true success comes from working together rather than individually. The activities helped build confidence, coordination, and problem-solving abilities in group situations. Overall, the workshop strengthened collaboration, confidence, and mutual support among 39 girls of Udayan Care, reinforcing the true value of teamwork in real-life situations.
