FLO Lucknow, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Vandita Agarwal, organized the Artisan Mela on 3rd & 4th October 2025 at Khadi Gram Udyog, Lucknow, as a vibrant initiative to promote and empower local artisans, craftspeople, and NGOs. The mela featured 35 stalls allotted free of cost, showcasing handcrafted apparel, jewellery, décor, and other artisanal products.
Artisans from neighbouring cities added to the event’s rich cultural diversity. The lively atmosphere, enhanced by musical performances, attracted an impressive footfall and enthusiastic appreciation from visitors. The initiative was conceptualized and executed by Ms. Aditi Jaggi Rastogi and Ms. Rhea Punjabi, whose thoughtful planning and creative direction ensured its success.
The event was graced by Mr. Rakesh Sachan, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, MSME, Khadi, Village Industries & Sericulture, Government of Uttar Pradesh, along with Ms. Puja Garg, National Senior Vice President, FLO, and Ms. Swati Verma, National Textile & Handloom Head, FLO.
