FLO Lucknow, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Vandita Agarwal, hosted an insightful panel discussion on “Empowering Women, Enhancing Health – The Power to Empower” on 3rd September 2025. Expert speakers from Medanta Hospital — Dr. Ram Kirti Saran, Dr. Anup Kumar Thacker, and Dr. Saif Nabi Shah — shared valuable insights on women’s heart, nerve, and bone health.
The session focused on empowering women by equipping them with knowledge about taking care of their well-being. Also, it benefited FLO members as they received best health tips from the experts.
With over 75 members in attendance, the session emphasized preventive care and holistic well-being. A special highlight was the complimentary Bone Mineral Density (BMD) test for members. The event was impactful, inspiring women to prioritize their health and wellness.
