FLO Lucknow, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Vandita Agarwal, hosted an insightful session under the FLO Women Directors (FWD) Initiative, as part of the FLO Women Independent Directors Masterclasses in association with the Institute of Directors (IOD). This initiative aims to empower women leaders to take on board and governance roles with confidence and competence.
The event marked the selection of Batch 2 participants from across India, who have embarked on this transformative journey towards becoming board-ready leaders. Through expert guidance and knowledge sessions, the program continues to strengthen FLO’s mission of fostering women’s leadership and representation in corporate India.
