Suguna Ravichandran is the National Joint Treasurer of FICCI FLO for the 2025-26 term. She has been an active member of FICCI FLO since 1994, playing a key role in introducing the organization to Coimbatore, where she has been a founding member of the Coimbatore Chapter.

 

Over the years, she has held various leadership roles, including serving as the chapter’s Treasurer for three consecutive years. Suguna also conducted the Treasurer’s Module at the 2019 orientation program for incoming office bearers in New Delhi under the presidentship of Ms. Harjinder Kaur Talwar and has been co-opted as a member of the Finance Council of FLO, New Delhi.

 

Professionally, Suguna is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at M/s. N.R. Doraiswami & Co. and M/s. N.R.D. Associates. She specializes in statutory audits, corporate consultancy, tax planning, transfer pricing, international taxation, and company restructuring. Her firms serve over 600 clients, employing a team of partners, articled clerks, and staff. Suguna also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Super Spinning Mills Limited and The Lakshmi Mills Company Limited. Her extensive involvement in various professional and social organizations includes being a life member of the Auditors’ Association of Southern India and a member of the Coimbatore Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also held leadership positions in Ladies Circle India, including National Vice President in 1991 and National President in 1992.

 

 Suguna is actively engaged with organizations like the PSG Alumni Association, Coimbatore Management Association (CMA), and the Craft Council of Tamil Nadu. She has made significant contributions to the governance of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, as a Special Invitee to its Governing Council.
