Kamini is the Founder & CEO of Fashion Yatra, one of India’s most trusted women-led fashion and lifestyle exhibitions, which has expanded across Tier 1 cities and internationally to Dubai. She is also the Founder & Promoter of Angasutra, a premier multi-designer boutique showcasing India’s finest fashion talent, and a Partner in High Fashion Flagship Stores, launching Hyderabad’s first Rohit Bal and Manish Malhotra couture stores.

Beyond fashion, Kamini has made a mark in the steel industry as a Director at Radha TMT, where she led brand expansion and market penetration, doubling sales and spearheading strategic initiatives.

Her contributions extend to policy advocacy, philanthropy, and sustainability. As Chairperson of FLO Hyderabad (2017-18), she successfully advocated for policy reforms, launched women-led skilling programs, and initiated impactful campaigns such as She-Cabs, a women-driven taxi initiative.

A champion of community service, Kamini has educated over 10,000 underprivileged girls through partnerships with organizations like Nanhi Kali and Teach for Change. Her dedication to social impact has earned her multiple accolades, including Women Entrepreneur of the Year from Zee Telugu and the Women Who Lead Award by CEO Clubs India.
