FICCI FLO, under the leadership of its 42nd National President, Poonam Sharma, participated in FEAST, a large-format women-led gourmet and lifestyle festival, as part of Project WINGS | Skill to Scale.
Held at The Pavilion, Chattarpur, FEAST brought together over 100 curated brands across gourmet food, beverages, gifting, and lifestyle, and witnessed an estimated footfall of over 1,000 visitors, offering FLO members and women entrepreneurs exposure to premium consumer perspectives, evolving market trends, and experiential retail formats.
Under Project WINGS | Skill to Scale, FLO’s engagement at FEAST enabled active participation of FLO members, who attended the festival to:
- Gain first-hand understanding of the gourmet and lifestyle business ecosystem.
- Observe consumer behaviour, packaging standards, pricing, and presentation benchmarks.
- Network with women founders, brand owners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Explore learning and collaboration opportunities relevant to weddings, gifting, and hospitality-led businesses.
The presence of Jayanti Dalmia, Past President of FICCI FLO, added strength to the initiative and reaffirmed FLO’s continued encouragement of women-led enterprises exploring new and evolving business spaces.
The initiative was led by Ms. Shalini Beriwal, National Initiative Head – Project WINGS (Weddings | Skill to Scale), with support from her dedicated team members, Ms. Alka Bahl, Ms. Sugandha Agarwal, and Ms. Anushree Kedia.
A panel discussion, titled “The Taste of Triumph – Women Building the Gourmet Revolution,” was organized. Panelists shared their stories of perseverance, innovation, and courage. These were the following panelists and jury members:
- Dinika Bhatia — Founder of Nutty Gritties.
- Suchali Jain — Co-founder of Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse.
- Minakshi Singh — Co-founder of 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 & 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗿, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮.
- Ms. Shalini Beriwal– Founder of Magnificence & Mapp India.
- Geetika Anand– Founder of MOPP India.
- Sonali Sarogi– Founder of Feed Smart.
Outcome & Impact
FLO × FEAST served as a meaningful exposure-led initiative, enabling FLO members and women entrepreneurs to connect with the market, understand premium customer expectations, and envision scale with confidence.
Through Project WINGS, FICCI FLO continues to empower women by integrating skill-building with real-world exposure, creating practical pathways for sustainable growth across allied industries.
