FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, organised a session, Building Bonds Through Sharing, under FICCI FLO’s national initiative Urban Skilling for women via Udayan Care, led by Ms. Didhiti Patel.
In the Building Bonds Through Sharing workshop, the women worked on improving communication, teamwork, and confidence while learning how to connect with others. They practiced introducing themselves, starting conversations, and understanding their peers’ hobbies, skills, and dreams to build stronger bonds.
Activities and interactive games helped them express their thoughts clearly, listen actively, and overcome shyness or stage fright. Through group exercises, around 59 attendees learned how to support one another, build trust, and strengthen relationships. By the end of the workshop, they felt more confident, made new friends, and experienced the value of sharing and collaborating in a positive and supportive environment.
