FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, organized a skilling session titled “Aligning Passion & Career” for women via Udayan Care under FICCI FLO’s national initiative Urban Skilling. The session was led by Ms. Sharadha Thakor.
The workshop aimed to help participants explore their interests, strengths, and long-term career goals. It focused on guiding them to identify how their personal passions could be meaningfully connected to sustainable career paths.
Through engaging discussions and self-assessment activities, the participants reflected on their hobbies, values, and aspirations. The facilitator shared valuable insights on understanding one’s skills, researching career opportunities, and making informed decisions that balance passion with practicality.
The workshop also emphasized the importance of continuous learning, networking, and setting clear goals, encouraging around 42 participants to take confident steps toward building fulfilling and purposeful careers.
