YFLO Ahmedabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Neha Goyal, organized an inspiring and interactive session for women from the rural community of Thaltej on the theme “Happiness: It’s a Choice.” The session was conducted by Payal Jain, a dedicated member of YFLO Ahmedabad. She guided the women through meaningful discussions on:
- Understanding and honouring one’s self-respect.
- Building self-esteem.
- Recognizing personal value and learning to ask for what one deserves.
- Choosing happiness through daily choices and mindset.
- Staying emotionally strong and grounded.
The one-hour session included engaging activities that helped the women reflect on their strengths and express themselves freely. The participants connected deeply with the topics and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Overall, the session was impactful, and empowering. Around 20 women from the rural area of Thaltej participated in this session and it left them feeling more confident, valued, and aware of their ability to choose happiness.
