FLO Ahmedabad, under the leadership of Ms. Madhu Banthia, organised a table talk session on “How to Start Your Own Café, Bakery, or Restaurant” at Little French House, Ahmedabad, under the Startup Vertical. This Table Talk session aimed at creating awareness and offering practical guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs within the F&B space. The focus was on how to turn one’s dream of owning a café, bakery, restaurant, or cloud kitchen into a viable and sustainable business. 

The session was conducted by the founder of Foodbeat, Ms. Aayushi Shah, who is a well-known restaurant consultant with over a decade of experience in the food and hospitality industry, with numerous successful projects, with a blend of creative vision and sharp business strategy. Through an engaging and highly interactive format, Ms. Shah walked participants through the fundamentals of launching an F&B venture.

The choice of venue, Little French House, served a dual purpose, hosting the event and providing a live learning environment where attendees could observe key operational elements like kitchen setup, service flow, space planning, and overall ambience.
