FLO Indore celebrated its 10th anniversary at the FLO Trailblazer Awards 2025. The event honored exceptional women who have shattered barriers and redefined success in their respective fields.
The evening was graced by Ms. Joyshree Das Verma, National President, of FICCI FLO, as the Guest of Honor. Her presence reaffirmed FLOÍs dedication to empowering women through recognition, inspiration, and opportunities. Additionally, Shri Shankar Lalwani, a Member of Parliament from Indore, honored the occasion as a distinguished guest.
The Trailblazer Awards 2025 showcased the journeys of women who have driven societal change through their work. The event also facilitated meaningful interactions between influential leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and FLO members, creating an inspiring and empowering atmosphere.
The awards were presented in 3 distinguished categories:
- Social Impact ? this award was for recognizing women who have made significant contributions to society through their initiatives and projects. The winners in this category were – Ms.Aarti Bisaria (Founder Chairperson: Astha Mahila Nagrik Sahakari Bank, Bhopal), Ms.Garvisha Barjatya Jain (Founder of Parth Women and Special Child Development Society), and Ms.Surbhi Manocha Chaudhary (Founder of Ekobae and Bharat Ki Beti Foundation)
- Unconventional Work ? This one was for honoring women who have ventured into non-traditional fields or taken innovative approaches to their work. The winners in this category were, Ms. Pallavi Keskar(Properitor of Pallavi Technical Textiles) Ms.Saumya Upadhyay (Founding Director & CEO of Eternal Infraheight Pvt Ltd, Indore), and Ms. Barkha Agarwal (Business of Transportation)
- Exemplary Work in Their Fields ? This award was for celebrating women who have achieved excellence and set benchmarks in their respective professions. The winners were, Dr.Jyoti Bindal (Vice-Chancellor, Sri Aurobindo University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India), Ar. Shruti Purohit (Founder & Managing Director, Nine Squares Architects, Indore) and Ms. Ronika Gagneja Valecha (Principal at SICA School Nipania).
In addition to these categories, special awards were presented to: Ms. Vandana Laddha, (properitor Shivani Carriers Pvt. Ltd)., as Pioneer Woman, Ms. Jasmine Lulla (Founder ñCakes n Craft) for She Leads, Dr. Dipti Jain (Founder of AADI’S Nest) as Soulpreneur and Ms. RJ Sharda as the youth Icon of Indore.
