FLO Indore’s Premier League 2.0 – A Power-Packed Retreat of Teamwork and Triumph

FLO Indore continues to push the boundaries of creativity and leadership by organizing an Overnight Retreat at Raas Vrindavan. Aptly named “FLO Premier League 2.0,” this retreat provided members with an immersive experience packed with fun, laughter, bonding and unforgettable memories.

The retreat offered activities providing members to learn through having their hands-on things. The retreat featured five dynamic teams, each representing a strong social theme—Women Power, Equality, Devi Ahilya, Stop Discrimination Against Women, and Women Rising to the Top. These teams took on a series of thrilling challenges, games, and activities designed to strengthen leadership skills, encourage networking, and create bonding all while reinforcing the spirit of unity.

The key highlight of the event was the skits and performances, themes through drama and dance. The performances addressed deep-rooted societal issues and the unstoppable spirit of women who have risen to power despite centuries of oppression.

An act brought forth a scenario—what if Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar were alive today and how she would take a stand in modern society, leading efforts to preserve our rich heritage and promote social awareness? Another skit depicted the impact of mobile addiction and how smartphones have gripped our lives, urging the audience to strike a balance and reclaim time for meaningful interactions. The winning team in the performance round was Team “Fierce Femme”, led by Captain Ankita Hemnani and Vice-Captain Nikita Agrawal.

In the sports category, the championship title was claimed by Team “Shakti”, captained by Dr. Veena Naik, with Dr. Nikita Bhatnagar as the Vice-Captain. The 1st Runner-Up in the sports category was Team “She Roes”, led by Captain Reena Makhija and Vice-Captain Surabhi Manocha.

While the event was undoubtedly filled with adventure and entertainment, its underlying purpose remained deeply impactful. The retreat was structured to help members recognize their leadership potential, enhance their ability to work in teams and understand how to inspire and motivate those around them.

Praising the participating team members and encouraging fellow members, Chairperson, Ar. Vibha Jain Sethi said -“FLO Indore’s – FLO Premier League 2.0 was a dedicated effort to strengthen its community and inspire its members to achieve their full potential.
