Led by Chairperson Dr. Divya Abhishek, FLO Chennai, and the Impact – Diversity and Inclusion vertical heads, Ms. Subha Srikanth and Ms. Meera Jagdish, 2 diversity and inclusion (DNI) stalls were set up at the Finance for Beginners: How to Read a Balance Sheet workshop, attended by 120 people. These stalls aimed to showcase and support the entrepreneurial efforts of differently-abled individuals, promoting inclusivity and economic empowerment.
The first stall was by the DS Special Children Welfare Association, which displayed a variety of handcrafted products, including floor mats, rugs, sling bags, towels, pouches, thambulam bags, and other fabric-based bags.
The second stall was by RASA – Ramana Sunritya Aalaya Trust, featuring a collection of handcrafted jewelry such as chains, necklaces, earrings, and bangles, along with small pouches, framed artwork, painted towels, photo frames, keychain hangers, and sling bags.
