FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh, led by Chairperson Ruchika Gupta organized its 4th edition of the FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh Trailblazer Awards. The event was held at Radisson, Jammu, celebrating remarkable women achievers across diverse fields and benefitted 20 people. Chief Guest Ms. Mandeep Kaur, IAS, Commissioner Secretary of the Housing and Urban Development Department, Jammu & Kashmir joined the event.
Ms. Mandeep Kaur lauded FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh’s initiative in recognizing and celebrating the achievements of women and congratulated the awardees. The Trailblazer Awards 2024 recognized contributions across various domains. In Public Service, the awardees were Ms. Rehana Batul (IAS) and Ms. Neha Jalali (IIS). From the Medical fraternity, Dr. Meeta Gupta and Dr. Sushma Shall Kaul were honored.
In the Education sector, Prof. Anju Bhasin and Prof. Meena Sharma were recognized. Representing the Forces, Capt. Neeru Sambyal and Ms. Manjit Kour were awarded. The Entertainment category included Ms. Tanya Gupta and Ms. Ridhi Dogra. In the Hospitality sector, Ms. Vanika Choudhary and Ms. Vidushi Gupta were recognized.
The Media category honored RJ Juhie Mohan and RJ Tani. In Sports, Mitali and Ms. Suvidha Sarin were awarded. Politics saw recognition for Ms. Shagun Parihar, while in Entrepreneurship, Ms. Sana Dua, Ms. Sumedha Mahajan, Ms. Priya Gour, and Ms. Meenakshi Devi were celebrated. The event was joined by Ms. Deepti Gandotra and Ms. Shiwangi Sachdev and the vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Aarti Chowdhary, Sr. Vice Chairperson, FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh.
