FLO Mumbai organized a talk with Riddhi Doshi , on occasion of Mother’s day and launch of the FLO Connect on issues relating to parenting and Motherhood. Riddhi highlighted on the Multifaceted roles that women have to play in the life and how to maintain a mental balance by giving importance to all around them. Balancing family and career are not an easy task and a woman needs to find time for herself to maintain balance and a healthy lifestyle.
Members were taught breathing techniques which help relieve stress and promote mental balance. 42 members attended the event.
